Information for Exhibitors
Shipping of materials can be complicated if you are sending from outside the EU. We strongly advise you to use a company like UPS or DHL. As usual, neither CEESA, the American School of Warsaw or Hilton Warsaw can be involved in the shipment or customs procedures.
Exhibitors can start setting up their tables on Thursday, March 14 from 2 pm, after collecting their name badges and Conference materials from the CEESA desk in the foyer.
Exhibitor tables will be set up in Warsaw Halls II and IV, which will be merged with the main ballroom Warsaw Hall I, forming an open space of Exhibit Hall. The far end of Warsaw Hall I will be actively used throughout the day for curated sessions and workshops, facilitating participant flow through the Exhibit Hall.
Lunch and breaks will be served in the foyer, however, there will be also be coffee and snack stations in the Exhibit Hall on both ends of the room. Round sit-down tables will be set up in the Exhibit Hall to be used for breaks.
Table, Internet and Plug Sockets
The size of your exhibit table is 180 x 45 cm and it will include a chair per person.
Wifi Internet access will be available throughout the venue. Plug sockets will also be available.
The Exhibit Hall is a public space and we cannot guarantee the security of valuable items. Please don’t leave any items of value unsupervised.
Exhibition Packing Up
Exhibition officially ends on Saturday, March 16 by 3 pm. Please make sure your table is cleared and your materials packed up and collected by the exhibition end.
