The Global Issues Network (GIN) is coming to CEESA

Presenter: Linda Sills

Conference Workshop

In one 45 minute session, we will provide you with all you need to know to fully participate as an empowered member of the Global Issues Network with your students.

Please join me to learn all about how you and your students will be empowered to create passion driven local projects to address our pressing Global Issues.

After recently hosting the very successful student-led COP 24 GIN Conference at the American School of Warsaw, Kathy Stetson and Jon Zurfluh expressed their total support to bring GIN to the CEESA region. This has long been a dream of ours at the Global Issues Network.

The inaugural CEESA GIN Conference will be hosted by American School of Warsaw in 2020.

This empowering regional conference is open to student teams (grades 6-12) with their advisors hopefully coming from all of the CEESA schools. We, GIN, provide the many tools and guides to enable students to discover their passion and use it to create local projects to address global issues. I will share many of these tools and guides with you to use on your return home. Please explore our global.issues.netork.org with your entire school community.

Having a whole year to prepare ensures all of us that all of CEESA school communities will benefit from preparing to attend and have an amazing student-led GIN Conference.

Ashley and I look forward to supporting you from now until then.
