Growing from the roots of contemporary global dynamics and historical concerns around women's voices not always being heard at the "table", this workshop seeks to support current efforts in making more space for women in collaborative conversations, specifically --- collaborative conversations with other women.

45 minutes will be utilized to teach administrators, teacher leaders and others how to implement a woman-positive/woman-only Professional Learning Community. This workshop will have the primary focus of supporting schools in their own journey of setting up a W+ PLC --- with the intent to enrich the professional lives of women. A secondary focus will be on why this type of PLC is so essential and a component of the work we need to do as socially responsible institutions.
