Presented by: Nora Fleming | American International School of Budapest

A coaching relationship is built upon collaborative interactions between the coach and student/athlete/client. It can be an effective and powerful method that helps individuals arrive at their own solutions instead of being told the steps they should which supports the overall conference theme of “Living Your Mission” In the workshop, “A Game Changing Framework for Coaching in Any Setting: Start Conversations and Set Goals”, participants will be introduced to a conceptual framework that can be used to guide individuals or groups in realizing who they are and identify where they need to go in order to reach where they want to be.

During the session will explore the influence of coaching and psychology through the lens of academics, sports, and personal development. Participants will consider how emotions, the environment, and skill development all contribute to outcomes and success. Participants will walk away with a paradigm shift, as well as a structure to set meaningful and relevant goals in any area of their lives.
