We search for transformative ideas and have the power to make them happen, because at CEESA, everything is possible.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the CEESA 2026 Conference, photographs and videos will be taken to document the event and support CEESA\u2019s mission. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, newsletters, and other CEESA publications.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In compliance with GDPR, we process images and videos of identifiable individuals based on our legitimate interest in promoting CEESA\u2019s initiatives and events. By attending the CEESA 2026 Conference, you acknowledge and agree that:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Photographs and videos may be captured during the event.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These materials may be used in CEESA\u2019s promotional and informational content without further notice or compensation.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to be included in any photographs or videos, please inform a CEESA staff member at the event during registration. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, such as arranging for you to wear a distinctive badge or directing you to designated areas where photography is restricted.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Image Removal: Should you notice your image in any of our published materials and wish to have it removed, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:office@ceesa.org\">office@ceesa.org<\/a>. We will promptly address your request in accordance with GDPR guidelines.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>Please be aware that while we will make every effort to honor individual preferences, there may be instances where group photos or wide-angle shots are taken in which individuals are not easily identifiable.
