Conference cancellations made by January 10, 2026 are free of charge, with no administration fee.

For cancellations made between January 11 to February 12, 2026 you will be refunded your registration fee in full, minus a 25% administration fee.

For cancellations after February 12, 2026 you will be billed the total cost of your registration fee.

To avoid cancellation fees, registrations can be transferred to new attendees at no additional cost.

In exceptional circumstances, the cancellation fees may be waived. A written request needs to be submitted to Robert Sims, Executive Director of CEESA.

For the cancellation of your hotel room please check the terms in your booking confirmation email and contact the hotel directly. CEESA cannot be responsible for the cancellation of your hotel room or any fees associated with it.
