Presented by: Ty Frederickson / Wilkes University

This presentation specifically illuminates the personal and professional experiences that international school leaders had leading their organizations throughout the trauma of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The presenter will focus at length on the importance of collaboration, flexibility, and agency during times of crisis as a means to be better equipped for the next time we face such a monumental, global transition.

After this presentation international school leaders should have a better understanding of leading during crisis, a sense of shared experience (reduced feelings of isolation), the importance of proactive strategic planning, and a heightened awareness of the importance of building strong central leadership teams within their respective organizations.

Attendees will return to their organizations with a clear understanding of how to prepare for and lead through either an expected or unexpected crisis situation.
