2020 CEESA Conference

Information for Exhibitors

The registration package for exhibitors includes:

  • registration for one person and one exhibit table with a chair,
  • coffee breaks and lunch on Friday and Saturday,
  • Exhibitor Reception on Friday afternoon,
  • After Party on Saturday night,
  • Wifi access throughout the venue,
  • delegate bag with gifts and a name badge with a lanyard.

The exhibitor registration form includes a floorplan of the Exhibit Hall with the table layout. Registering exhibitors will be asked to select their 5 most wanted table locations based on the layout. The CEESA organising committee will allocate tables once the registration is closed, taking these selections into consideration. An email will be sent to exhibitors notifying them of their table number.

Every effort will be made to match exhibitor preferences with their allocated table when possible. However, priority will be given to Conference sponsors, followed by CEESA Associate Members.

Please be advised Scandic Grand Marina has limited storage space. 

As usual, CEESA cannot get involved in the process of shipping or storage of materials.

Exhibition will take place in the foyer of the second floor of the Marina Congress Centre

Exhibitors can set up their tables on Thursday, March 19, 2020 starting at 8 pm, or on Friday morning before 8:30 am. 

Table dimensions are 140 cm x 70 cm. Tables do not come with a tablecloth. 

Because of restricted space, please do not bring very tall or wide banners. Banners should not exceed the length of your exhibit table. Any floor-standing banners should be placed behind your table.

Exhibit tables should be cleared by 3:30 pm on Saturday, March 21.
